ステンレスの原料であるニッケル合金鉄とスクラップの購買をしています。 日々価格変動する原料を、在庫状況等さまざまな観点を考慮し、最適に調達していくことが私の仕事です。 国内だけでなく海外サプライヤーと折衝することもあり、コミュニケーションスキルが磨かれる仕事だと実感しています。
面接の場において就活生という扱いでなく、一個人として向き合ってもらえたところです。 「どんな人と働きたいか」を重視していたため、個々人を大事にする社風に惹かれました。
就活用のパンプスで出来た靴擦れがかなり辛かったです。
個性的な人が多いこと。 他社で働く友人に話をすると、「変わった人が多いね！」と言われます（笑） 鉄鋼というとお堅いイメージですが、日鉄ステンレスはフレンドリーな雰囲気だと感じます。
アクティブな日は登山やスキーに出掛けます。 のんびりする日は買い物やおいしいお店に出掛けたりしています。
