材料系（工学部 材料科学総合学科）
主にステンレス鋼の耐食性に関する研究をしています。耐食性に優れるステンレス鋼でも、加工がなされたり厳しい環境で使用されると腐食が発生する場合があるため、用途に応じた最適材料の提案や新規材料の開発等を行っています。
ものづくりの基盤となる鉄鋼業界の存在感とその規模の大きさに魅力を感じていましたが、大学で学んだ腐食防食学を活かせるという点でこの会社を選びました。
自分を客観的に見て相手にアピールできるよう、いろんな人にアドバイスをもらいながらイメージを固めていきました。
上司や先輩方の知識・経験が豊富でフォローがしっかりしているところです。わからないことがあれば積極的に質問できる雰囲気なので、自分も成長しながら効率的に仕事が進められます。
社会人サークルで趣味の卓球をしたり、観光地などにドライブに出掛けたりして過ごしています。
